Lynn is an accomplished legal contracts expert with more than 16 years of experience in corporate litigation & contract management, demonstrated legal expertise in U.S. and international law, and history of implementing procedures within corporations to improve contract processes. From these roles she has gained project management experience involving planning, process implementation and improvement, and productivity assessment of legal functions.
After receiving a diploma in Fashion Design from Evelyn’s College of Design in Nairobi Kenya, a peaked interest in demystifying the issues faced by human resources and legal departments in the workplace motivated her to study law. Lynn earned both a Bachelors of Laws (LL.B) and Masters in Law (LL.M) degree in Corporate Law, from University of Wolverhampton, United Kingdom and was a Visiting Scholar at Duke University.
Lynn currently works as a mentor with the Peninsula College Fund (PCF) an organization that empowers low income, first generation students to graduate university and obtain jobs that align with their career goals. Lynn also led a fundraiser to raise money for Anova-ACE Sonoma Campus that was burnt down during the Sonoma fires in Northern California. Anova is Northern California’s most trusted provider of educational, behavioral, and therapy services for children and teens (ages 5 through 22) diagnosed with high functioning
